f you're in the prelien business, you've no doubt had a look at several software packages for producing the forms. After a while, they all blend together: sky-high per-seat license prices, complicated, finicky interfaces, arbitrary limits, all sold by firms which are both distant for support and slow to update their wares.
SwiftLiens is an entirely new paradigm in pre-lien and lien management software. It's not like anything you've ever seen before: it's cleaner, it's more flexible, and it's more affordable.
SwiftLiens is a completely web-based solution. You can work almost anywhere at almost any time-- as long as you have a full-featured web browser available. There are no additional license fees to support extra users or additional offices.

SwiftLiens offers a unique self-service environment. Once you register a customer to use the SwiftLiens system, they can log into your company's website to

all without calling or emailing you. You save time and money handling customer contact, your clients have information on-demand, and it gives your company a cutting-edge, professional image. NO desktop-PC based lien system can offer this.
It's smart.
SwiftLiens is engineered to minimize data re-entry. Cities, states, and counties are automatically calculated based on ZIP codes. Firms that have been recorded on prior jobs are made available in drop-down menus for quick reuse. Job data is preserved throughout the pre-lien process, so conversion to a mechanic's lien requires just a short form.
It's extensible.
Web-Op SwiftLiens can be supplied to support just one state's documents, or many, depending on your firm's business needs. Want to support six states? Don't pay for fifty. Need a special form or process? We can probably build it for less than you might expect.
It's affordable. We offer several distinct pricing strategies to match your needs:
- Monthly hosted subscription, which includes ongoing support/minor upgrades
- A small fee per prelien generated via the SwiftLiens system, which also includes ongoing support.
- Outright purchase of a “free-standing” install, which can be integrated into a compatible existing website's look and feel.
- Complete site rebuild-- SwiftLiens plus a new public website (hosting optional).

The publically-accessible pages can be outfitted with your logo, or completely blended to seamlessly fit with your current site design.

Windows? MacOS? Linux? We don't care! Finished documents are presented in PDF format for viewing on a wide range of computers, simple printing, and easy archiving. SwiftLiens also accepts bulk imports of job details in CSV format, and can output accounting dumps as CSV files for transfer into spreadsheets and accounting packages. These facilities will streamline your workflow, while empowering you with the information to do your business better.
